After 21 years  in corporate America working in senior marketing and finance positions in the banking, airline and high tech industries, I left the corporate world in 2007 to pursue my passion in real estate investment.  Through the purchase of a number of investment properties along with remodeling projects in these and several residences, I’ve gained considerable expertise in the residential real estate market and have a keen eye to see the possibilities in properties when others can’t.  With my education (BBA in Finance from Texas A&M University and MBA from The University of Texas) and my professional experience, I understand the real estate business and would welcome the opportunity to put that expertise to work for you on your next real estate investment or project.

I enter the new venture of Perfect Tree Realty after spending my first four years in residential real estate with Coldwell Banker United.  At CBU, I earned Rookie of the Year in my 1st year, Top Overall Agent in years 2 & 3, and Top Sales, Top Listings and Top Overall Agent this past year.  Prior to Coldwell Banker, I was an elementary school teacher for 21 years.  That experience gave me a strong background of organization, education and negotiation. Additionally, I am well aware of the strengths of the Austin and surrounding school districts and can advise buyers about specific schools in the various neighborhoods.  I also owned and operated my own jewelry business for 10 years, giving me a unique ability to understand people’s needs and find the perfect solution at a fair price.  I look forward to putting my experience to work for you with your next real estate transaction.
